Norelco Complaint - Disappointed in Norelco

I bought my first T765 trimmer about 10 years ago. It lasted 8 years. Bought a new T765 about 2 years ago.
Recently, I lost my power adapter.

To my surprise, Norelco discontinued the T765. But, Norelco does have a replacement part for my lost adapter at a price of $34.00. The price for a new trimmer (when it was available) was $29.95.

I want to express my disappointment and anger with Norelco for discontinuing the T765 and than gouging the customer for replacement parts.

I would say time to change your model to something that is not discontinued.

Your disappointed you cheap trimmer broke after 2 years? Cheap models are discontinued all the time for many reasons. Maybe they didn't sell. Replacement parts need to be warehoused and inventoried. That cost money. If the repair cost more than a new item. You buy a new item. Sometimes you get something good buying cheap, sometimes you don't. That's life.
