Comcast Corporation Informative - Worst Service EVER - Digital Cable TV
In May 2010 I was forced to switch to digital cable. I have had analog for about 15 years. The service is the worst I have EVER seen. The signal goes out an average of 25 times an hours. I know, you think I am exaggerating, but I'm not. I called there customer service and was told I needed to purchase a signal amplifier because the signal was too weak!! Who's responsibility is the strength? Shouldn't that be Comcast's??
Well I finally got so frustrated I actually went out and bought one. Did ABSOLUTELY no good at all. They refused to give me a credit and they want to charge me $39.99 for them to come out and look at it. Unbelievable. I am hoping to move to satellite very soon,.
