BoardCo.com Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service

SPRINGVILLE, UTAH -- Unauthorized charge on credit card. They never return a phone or email message. Took many calls to get an order correct, never was entirely correct. Vice president Mitch Mann doesn't seem to care if customers are taken care of or not. Quote "We have enough business that it is of no concern if customers are satisfied or not."

I bought several reasonably expensive items from them and they could not seem to get part of the order right. Never did get it right, I just didn't have time to continue dealing with them and their attitude.

Will not shop there again, well worth a few extra dollars to save time and much aggravation dealing with this outfit.
