General Electric Company Complaint - Bad Product & Poor Service
SUGAR LAND, TEXAS -- We purchased GE Refrigerator from Best Buy and in years time the card in the unit broke down and I had to pay $365 for repairs tech sold me a service contract for $639 and the evarporator broke down July 2010. We took the service contract thinking its serviced by GE and when we call them its an outside Service Protection Plus Company and its very difficult to schedule repairs though this company. With two tech visit and 10 phone calls the problem is not resolved.
Beware of buying GE Appliance is poor quality and getting service is nightmare even if you do GE will charge you arm and a leg.
