Billingsley Ford of Lawton, OK Complaint - Poor Customer and Quality of Service

LAWTON, OKLAHOMA -- I took my car to this company for a diagnostic check because my engine wasn't starting correctly. I dropped my car off at 7am and did not hear back from the company until 4:30pm. Initially, they found nothing wrong, and decided to keep the car for another day. They did not offer a loaner car, so I had to borrow a car from a friend. I was told by the representative my car would be checked at 7:30am when the technician came in to work. I called the company at 12:30pm (and after several attempts) was told my car had not been looked at. Again, after 4:30pm I received a call, again stating they could find nothing wrong, so I agreed to pick it up after work. When I got my bill, written on it was "services denied" however, there were no services or repairs offered at any price to me over the phone or in person at the company; and when I got to my car, there was a McDonald's wrapper in the front seat that no one would claim. This company denied anyone eating in the car as well as stating I denied the services because they were over $500, however, no services were suggested to me. Basically, they have poor customer service and I have heard other accounts of such from other "former" customers.

These are good reasons never to go back to these people for anything.
