Cool-Off Complaint - Cool-Off Is Simply Non-Responsive To You As A Customer
After talking to the "President" of Cool-Off West Coast office for my product needs, I decided to order 2 misting tents for my business. When I went in to place the order with the "President" he talked me into their cheaper product informing me that it will meet my needs (this is after an hour conversation with him about his products and what I am looking for and my situation).
I trusted his advice. He ordered the products for me and said they would be shipped in time for my business needs. Well, I got part of the materials for my needs. The other half (the tents) didn't get shipped out until the day I needed the products. He did NOT inform me that he had to order the tents and get them shipped to me.
So, needless to say Cool-Off products did not meet my needs. I didn't even open up the packages. I just sent everything back from where I received them in the original packaging via FedEx Ground.
They received all the materials and have yet to refund me my money. Oh! by the way, he overcharged me for the products because I was supposed to get a shipping discount. He even said that he would refund that amount to me. To this date, I have yet to receive 1 single communication back from the company and any refund. I have called them, emailed them and sent messages to them via their website.
Not one single communication. So, I have disputed the charges with my credit card company.
So - word to the wise - just don't do business with Cool-Off (www.cool-off.com, misting lines and tents). They simply just don't care about their customers. Once they get their money, they are gone....they don't care about you anymore.
I've returned numerous products ordered online and never had any issues until Cool-Off.
