DirecTV Inc Complaint - Liars - Direct TV
Have Direct TV, then added their internet (wild Blue) Everytime it rained the Internet went out, had it fixed several times with new modems replaced. Finally the last time they were supposed to ship me another one it never came. I called they swore it was shipped Fed Ex and told me it showed it was delivered. I contacted the Fex Ex driver for my route (rural) he is the regular driver for my route. The Fed Ex driver said he never delivered a package to my address the prior week. I called Direct back and they hung up the phone on me. I called Direct T. V. back they said they weren't even showing me as a Internet customer even after 4 months I am still being billed for the Internet, which Direct T. V. and Wild Blue don't even show me as a customer any longer. 4 months later I am still being billed late charges and $39.95 per month for the Internet I don't have. Every time I call Direct T. V. they will say it is taken care of no charges are showing even though I am looking at my bill. In the end they always seem to disconnect me and the whole process starts all over again. I didn't know when I went with Direct T. V. I would have to make it a full time job each month just taking care of the monthly bill.
I am switching service and would not recommend anyone subscribing with DIRECT T.V. I guess no one has told them there are other options with different companies. I guess they don't care about any coustomer service after the sale.
