Hotels.com Complaint - STAY AWAY Scam Artists, Unethical, Dishonest, Incompetent
I will just list the complaint that I sent to them.
I was lead to believe many different things that were not true by utilizing your service. I was promised by a so called "hotel specialist" by the name of James that I would be able to have my account credited with $80 dollars by mailing back in my vouchers for this same hotel reservation that was completely fouled up leaving my son to have to sleep on the floor of our $150 hotel. After recently speaking to someone who put me on and hold and never came back the representative told me that I would not be able to use these vouchers for this hellish reservation that I already experienced and that I would have to set another reservation to utilize it. This is NOT what I was originally told. Due to the seriousness of my last experience, James, got special approval for me to use it for this reservation. I need to speak to someone ASAP about how that is going to happen. I have been lied to on now 3 occasions when dealing with you all and I am at this point furious and fed up with the service that I have been provided with. I feel that you all are liars, scam artists and virtually useless in the vacation industry.
