M & T Bank Complaint - Bad Customer Service

I called M & T bank to discuss some over draft fees I was charged with. I spoke to a customer services supervisor who began to raise her voice at me. I told her I did not like the way she was talking to me, and she said "well I'm trying to explain to you" When I asked for her managers name she sacastically answered that she could give me the name of the CEO. Completely unprofessional!

You didn't like the way she was speaking to you? Or you didn't like the fact that the overdraft fees weren't waived?

When you called were you calm or irrational? The reason I ask is it is very rare to get a supervisor when you call unless you ask to speak to one.Why the need to speak to a supervisor? Were you upset that they refused to waive the fee's?
