I purchased a Stevie Nicks top last March for my friends 50th birthday, I was told that this was going to take 6-8 weeks, a year later and after sending numerous emails, NOTHING! I have been fobbed off for months with reports of theft at their company, the top has been despatched to the top hasnt even been made yet, I picked jewellery in exchange and again the same crap, waiting again, no wonder their emails box is always full, I have seeked advice now from the trading standards, this is my money they are playing with and this to me is nothing but theft! I will never purchase another thing over the internet, this company has put me off for life!

Did you pay by credit card? If so, dispute the charge with them but there may be a time limit in which you can dispute the charge.
