MetroPCS Complaint - This Company Sucks - Metro PCS Phone
My phone was lost several months ago and I just realized that I am still being charged monthly. Now here's the deal: You CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE WHO CAN HELP YOU. You call every number that is provided to you, including CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS and you get the same recorded message. When you ask to speak to an agent the recording says "I understand you want to speak to an agent but I can help you more quickly, then if you want to speak to an agent I'll get one for you." You ask for an agent again and the recording says, "Thank for calling Metro PCS, goodbye," and you are disconnected. I tried every number option and still got transferred to the recording and then hung up on!!! I called the local Metro PCS office and they said that there is no other number to call. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one just to get rid of these people. The BBB should close them down.
