Priceline.com Complaint - Priceline: This Company has Absolutely NOT a Stitch of Integrity !!!!!!!!!!
I booked a vacation package through Priceline. Once I got to my city of destination and attempted to check into my hotel, I was simply horrified by the condition of the hotel. It was dirty, the rooms smelled stale and unclean, the air was not working, so the floor (elevator and hallways were hot)and the actual room was hot. The carpet was dirty and worn, paint was chipping off the walls, and there was actually trash and workman's material in the corner and on the counter in the room I was given!!!!
When I contacted Priceline, the customer service representative had the audacity to read me some disclaimer about how Priceline guarantees the quality of the service providers and a change or refund would not be granted. It was if I was a complete moron, and had completely made up the detailed description I had given. I have never felt so utterly taken advantage of by what I believed to be a reputable company. Priceline is definitely not looking out for it customers and their policies and procedures are definitely driven solely by capitalism with VERY LITTLE if any regard to morality.
