British Airways Complaint - Re-scheduling of a transatlantic flight
DüSSELDORF, DELAWARE -- Complaint
My problem is, that a re-scheduling of my flight given above from
Düsseldorf to London on 10 Oct 07:15 (as a part of the following flight from London to Seattle) can't be done without extra payment although the flight is only on the 10 Oct.
My travel agent booked the flights some days too early as the have been forced to do so / not at the latest possible time and I just got to know that I have to stay in London Terminal 5 on the 10 Oct for about 8 hours before going by BA 49 at 15:10 from London to Seattle.
Therefore I ask your customer service here in Germany (?) - Mrs. S - to make a re-scheduling for a later flight from Düsseldorf to London at the 10 Oct, but she refused in doing this with the explanation, that the travel agent has to do it although I already explained to her the point of view of the travel agency.
I said to Mrs. S, that I am a customer of BA and the travel agent is only the trader an I do think that it must be possible for BA to allow a re-scheduling of my one flight’ leg' being the only way to have a satisfied customer.
Therefore I want to ask you again to make a re-scheduling possible complaining on the reaction of your Mrs. St.
