Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - VERY BAD customer service
BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA -- I got my order to go and of course the order was wrong. so I called back and they said no problem, just bring in your receipt with your next visit. So I explained this to the assistant manager when I came in (She looked like she was still in high school). She says that they have a two week limitation. so in other words, screw you!! I just thought everyone should know how they treat customers at the Brooklyn Center location. I won't be returning to an outfit where they can't get your order right and then rip you off.
