TDNorth Bank Complaint - Extortionists, plain and simple.

On Saturday I deposit a check via my branch ATM. On Tuesday my online account access is showing the funds in full in my account. On Wednesday a direct deposit comes in. By Thursday I am overdrawn to the point of $245 with a negative balance in my account of $190. TDBank, it turns out, has removed the check deposited last Saturday - without notifying me - and are now telling me that it is a *business* check and it cannot be deposited into a personal bank account. This, despite the fact that they have accepted that check for 6 months - every month - without question. Rudeness from the *customer service* representative on the phone, outright LIES from the store customer service representative and patronizing behavior from the store manager before I finally got a measure of relief, albeit rudely, from the regional manager who refunded all of my fees. I've opened an account at another bank. Oh and the check TD stole from me is still in limbo.
