How to regain my lost money?

Ordered service, canceled service within 24 hours. Incurred early term fee, incurred od fees, they reimbursed erary term fee, I was billed for not sending receivers back, I never received boxes to send receivers back, shipped back at own expense after asking 3 times for shipping boxes. Place on hold for +40 minutes waiting for supervisor, Office of president calls me and leaves me a number to call back but I need a pin to call and he didn't leave a new pin to call back. Talked to lawyer because I have short temper, would rather have him deal with them. They will not talk to him. About ready to take to court for OD fees, 4 hours of my time wasted, and shipping fees. I sent them a 3 month copy of my bank statement with all my od fees on it. Said payment within 7-10 days. It's been 12 business days since I received last call after they received papers.
Charged me early termination fees when I didn't deserve them. Incurred hundereds in overdraft fees.
I was told that my overdraft fees would be reimbursed by an employee of direct TV. I want my od fees, shipping fees to send boxes back, and personal time paid.

We apologize for any hardship you may have encountered. Our records indicate you spoke with our office on July 17, 2010 in regard to any possible reimbursement. We have explained that no reimbursement will be provided for late fees incurred by Verizon or hourly wages. However, we may be able to provide reimbursement for the overdraft fees incurred by your financial institution. We received a fax from you; however important information was blacked out. We have requested that you re-fax a bank statement with a running balance. This bank statement must also reflect the account number with your name and address. We have yet to receive this fax. If you would like to fax this information to our office for review, you may fax it to 1-208-363-6444 Attn: Erin. Once the documents are received and if reimbursement is available, it will be issued to your card within 8 business days. Sincerely, DIRECTV Office of the President

Law attorney, bank representatives, say that's too much info for you to have. If you have worries about it not being correct account, look at the statement. It shows withdrawals and deposits made by Direct TV. It will match your own records. And you want another copy of my records that will cost me more money. I was specificly told by your office you wouldn't pay for that extra money. So why waste more of my money to show your mistakes? Plain and simple. My bank was nice enough to reimburse me for the copy you already have that shows each withdrawal and overdraft! So in return you weren't charged for that copy. It's been almost 4 months, you got the proof, use it!

We understand your concern; however, our Finance Department requires the information we have requested in order to investigate your claim. If you are unwilling to provide the information to us, we are unable to investigate your claim any further. Respectfully, DIRECTV Office of the President
What should be my next course of action? They said they wouldn't reinburse me for ANOTHER bank statement copy, should I just take them to court? If not what should my next step be?
