Sears Compliment - The Right People - washer/delivery/service
This is a compliment that started as a complaint. I recently purchased a washer and dryer from the Sears outlet in Houston, Tx. There was to say the least some problems, I don't want to focus on that. I want to let you know that the right people at the right time not only solved my problems, they have restored my confidence in Sears as a whole. If you are having a problem with a purchase or service from Sears, be patient and keep on asking to talk to someone else if you are truly not getting what you payed for, the right people are still there and they will help you. Unfortunately there are not as many as there once was, this I will accept as the times we live in and the changing culture of our nation as a whole. I am happy to report that for those of us in the Houston area that if you are shopping Sears outlet and you have a genuine problem you can find relief. The sales manager Kevin and Nakisha one of the other managers at that location made the difference for me. I will continue to shop there and I will encourage others to do the same. I don't believe the good people should be punished because of those who are still learning, we all make mistakes including me. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to karen and edwin for letting my anger get the best of me.
I am glad that Sears still has people who care about the customer, I am the forth generation in my family that is a Sears customer, my children are now adults and in a few more years my oldest grandson will be on his own, buying furniture and appliances for his first home, it will be nice to see that the tradition will continue to the sixth generation.
