SiteGround Hosting Company Complaint - SiteGround.com Worst Hosting Service

I signed up with SiteGround.com hosting about a month ago and since then I have been having nothing but problems with them. They installed an e-commerce software on my site and it had many issues and the SiteGround tech support were unhelpful and charged $40 for a restore or to provide the backup file for you. This is laughable.

Their service was terrible and I immediately signed up with another hosting provider that actually provide excellent tech support with faster response time and its included with the hosting service not an additional charge. To everyone reading this, please stay away from this company and save your money for a company that actually wants to help its customers.

What a disappointment - only 1 month and I already am running for the hills!
