Burger King Complaint - Paper cup sizes are not what they say
CLEVELAND, OHIO -- I've frequented Burger King in various Cleveland, Ohio locations and specifically as for the 22oz Icee or the $1.00 sale, and NOT the 16oz.
Each time (at least 8 times) the server gives me a 16oz cup, with a flat top (not the dome) and tells me that that is the 22 oz cup. I go home, empty out the icee into my Pyrex 16 oz measuring cup and I consistently get only 16 oz.
I then refill the Burger King's claimed 22 oz with plain water and fill it to the brim. Then I poor it into the Pyrex 16oz measuring cup and get at the most 17 ounces of water. Now where does the 22 ounces come into the Burger King "measuring cup".
So, Burger King must not have a quality control or weights and measure inspector because this is very misleading to the public and the public is NOT getting what they think they are paying for. There is a big difference between 22oz and 16 oz.
