Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Stupidity Of Dell - Customer Service
1 DELL WAY / ROUND, TEXAS -- I have had Dell computers for 35 years. Before they started out servicing their call centers. I tried up dating my information on their web site, Then by phone. After I did I did not get my bill. Then I call again to find out why they canceled one of my orders and they say I did not pay my bill. Well hell I have to get one first. (Keep in mind I got my other bills just fine) So they put a hold on my account after I told them it was due to the stupidity of their customer service reps. Half the time when I call I can not understand a word said. I have ALWAYS paid my bills on time and more then what is asked for and yet they would not work with after being with them for thirty five years. I have owned at least five computers and sent two to two of my grand daughters. Now my grand son needs one and because of how stupid their people are he won't be getting one. I will now use another computer company. Mr. Dell must be off playing golf and not keeping tabs on what his people are doing to a once fine company. Now his company is crap and it seems I am not the only person who feels this way. I am thinking of taking a full page add out in the news paper to let every one no this.
