Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - poor product poorer customer service
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- How disappointed I am in your Pavilion pc. I purchased it less than a year ago and have been having problems with it. For starters it makes a horrid loud noise when I turn it on. The power button on the processor doesn't work half the time and I have to leave it running. It began freezing up on me recently and now the CD-burner is gone.
I am a full-time student and purchased your product thinking that I was getting a reliable pc, I was wrong. When I called your customer service number, which by the way is long distance, I was put on hold. I was then switched to three different people. This action finally resulted in my being told to ship the whole processor back to your company. They would look at the problem and I would receive my processor back in two to three weeks. I am a full-time student who needs my computer and THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I also purchased a HP printer. I have decided to have someone who is qualified to fix the problems with the computer. I will never, never, never purchase another computer from your company. I would also like for you to know that my sister purchased the same system and is having the same problems. She has also complained and has gotten nowhere. She will also never purchase another HP product.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
