DirecTV Inc Complaint - Terrible mis information
Terrible company to work with. Don't get any services from this company. Anytime you upgrade any service ie ( hi def) or any other service they will extend your contract for 2 years more without any warning or any other notification. I questioned why I was extended for 2 years they said didn't you read your installers paper work ???? I received the paper work from the installer after all work was completed, and then never told about it. Shame on me for not reading the receipt when the work was completed. When I called to cancel hi def service after the receiver malfunctioned I was told I could but I would have to pay $20 PER MONTH FOR AN ADDITIONAL 14 MONTHS 0R $280,JUST TO GET RID OF DIRECTV. Also if you need service you may have to wait up to 8 days for a service person.
Also in any rainy or overcast days YOU WILL NOT HAVE reception or a picture. DO NOT ORDER ANY SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT @ MORE YEARS ADDED TO YOU SERVICE THEY WON'T TELL YOU ABOUT IT.
