Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - Levitz - World's WORST Customer Service
CALIFORNIA -- My husband and I have been battling Levitz for two years. We purchsed bedroom and living room furniture from them for a total of $5,800.00. Over a time frame of 18 months we received only partial sets, damaged pieces, promises of delivery (some times they were complete no-shows with no notice). We finally gave up and had them come pick up the pieces we had received and cancelled the back-ordered pieces. We have been waiting on a refund which was promised in 7 - 10 working days on December 9th. Ironically, they continue to call to arrange delivery of additional cancelled pieces. They now refuse to answer emails, phone calls or threats to take legal action. Levitz has NO customer service, no respect for your time or money and no one to help resolve disputes. Buyers be ware!!
