Expomotorcars Complaint - Deceptive business practices.

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- My Review of Expo Motorcars:
I purchased a Dodge Viper on eBay from Expo. The Ebay form they fill out showed an accident report on the car. When I asked my salesman about it he told me the passenger door had been dinged lightly, and that you would need a special tool to measure the depth of the paint on the door to show were it had been fixed. It turns out the car had been in a major air bag deployed accident. I found out when I took the car to my local dealer for an allignment.
Expo practices in deceptive business practices. They will lie without blinking an eye. If you have had a similar incident you should contact the Texas Dept of Motor vehicles. You can file a report on them, and if warranted they will submit your case to the Houston District Attorneys office so they can file charges.

I wonder if Carfax might have helped here.
