City of Phoenix Water Services Compliment - City Of Phoenix Water Services Coincidence
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I am happy to report that due to a recent post I have been contacted by the City to look into this matter. My water had been off for 10 days and after my email was received, a supervisor called me and my water was turned back on. Apparently my threshold had been mistakenly set at $1500 per month instead of $175 per month which would be my normal threshold. In other words, an alert was not initiated in February when it first reached a level for alert, it was not until May, when I had a $1500 bill that a service man was sent out..
They have been very attentive and genuinely concerned that this happened. I am awaiting the final resolution while the upper management investigates.
