North American Bancard Compliment - Great Customer Service
TROY, MICHIGAN -- After having trouble with my Account Sales Representative re: promises made at the time I signed on with North American Bancard, I contacted customer service. My request and concerns were given top priority and after faxing in the necessary documents the Call Center Director took quick action to see to it that the promises made were carried out. I really appreciate the genuine concern I was shown. I wasn't just a number, but a real person with legitimate concerns. Thank you for restoring my confidence in this company. I have been with North American Bancard for several years and this incident was the only problem I had had with them. Thankfully it was resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue doing business with them. My sincere thanks and appreciation!
