Days Inn Complaint - Reservation
I recently booked a room at the Days Inn and needed to change the date, as it was a special, stay 3 days or more and save 20%, there was no cancellation or changing dates of arrival or departure. I was not informed of this until after I booked the room. All I wanted was to change from a Sunday to a Monday which I thought should not be a big deal. I was not cancelling, just moving the date of arrival and departure, still paying for three days. Now we have to drive all day Sunday just to get to our destination because we are coming from Canada to North Carolina. I was a little perturbed about this after all it was only one day I was not asking to change from one month to the next.
Just needed to get that off my chest, I was not happy and the Day Inn's will get little to none of my business and word of mouth works wonders.
