Best Buy Complaint - Shipping
MILFORD -- I went to Best Buy to get a laptop hard drive. And was told I had to order it and have it shipped to my store. I gave the sales representative the numbers and he printed it out. I gave it to the service department so they could order it. The girl told me to come out back so I could order it. As soon as I did this smart ass kid said get out your not allowed back here. So that kinda pissed me off. Took the kid 20 to order the parts I needed. Told me he got the shipping free for me. Ya right online orders are shipped free. I was sent an email confirming my order. I did the tracking bit and it said I would receive my order on the 11th. I did about 7pm. Open the box and it had the hard drive but not the memory. I checked the order and the shipping date had been changed for the memory. Just great have to stay home another day to make sure it does not get stolen. Well I opened the package to put the hard drive in the laptop and was shocked they sent me the wrong hard drive. I ordered an ide not a sata. I checked the sku numbers and not even close. How stupid care you get. Now I have to pack it up and take it to the store or wait a week to get the credit so I can get the right one. I have to waste time and gas to go to the store. I went threw this crap three years ago when I bought two TV's off them both being dynex. Both broken. The first one they gave me was a return. Found out later that the second one had a bad tuner. The second smaller TV would not work at all. They had none left in stock so they gave me another brand which lasted 60 days before I had problems with it. Yesterday I threw a five hundred TV in the trash. So sick of dealing with stupid people that just don't care about there customers. After this mess is cleared up no more buying from this company.
