Chase Manhattan Bank Complaint - Get your lies straight
Why do banks insist on lying when they slash your credit limit or close your card?
My husband has a Chase Amazon Visa. We paid it off about two months ago. I knew they would cut the credit limit since we were no longer using it except for small purchases to earn points. We would pay it right off before the due date.
I signed in one day to pay the bill and noticed that the credit line had been cut nearly in half. No letter, nothing, but whatever. That's their prerogative. Then, about 10 days later, the letter comes informing him that they reduced the credit line because he has too many revolving accounts with high balances. That's pretty funny considering he has three credit cards, all with 0 balances, and he has for awhile.
Really...if you just want to get rid of us because we aren't making you money, just say so. We're adults-we can take it. Just don't lie about it.
