Maytag Corporation Complaint - Recall Service Dissatisfaction
I have sat hear at home all morning, not after 1, while waiting for the service technician to show up and fix my dishwasher so it no longer represents threat of burning my house down.
Appointment was scheduled for 8 - 12, at 8 I already received a recorded message that they would NOT be able to make it by 12. This was scheduled a week ago, why can't they figure out their own logistics!!
I call them back, tell a live person from the service company that I will be home all day - waiting on them.
Later I am on a teleconference with Scotland, can't put them on hold, and the phone tries to ring. Call back within 5 minutes, but too late, my entire service appointment has now been cancelled because they could not reach me. Did I not already tell them I would be here all day?
Great - nothing gets done all day, except me getting really ticked off.
I will never buy Maytag or any associated products ever again.
1) Products are poorly designed and released before fully tested and compliant.
2) Customer service attitude and approach SUCKS!
3) Maytag = Don't make your mistakes my problem.
I will charge Maytag and/or the service company for my wasted time. And my billable hours are not cheap.
