Target Complaint - Target Does Not Stand Behind Target Brand Products. Company Color Should Be Green For Greed, Not Red.
JENISON, MICHIGAN -- THEIR LOGO COLOR should be green for greed and the 'TARGET' is YOU.
THEIR MOTTO 'Losing one customer at a time... and it's working!.
My daughter bought me a Christmas Present, a TARGET Electric massage seat from their *TARGET CHRISTMAS PRODUCT LINE.
ITEM MISREPRESENTED ON PACKAGING
The packaging stated it could be used in the home BUT the massage seat could only be plugged into the car.
It was bought for the home use option listed on the box.
We were returning the TARGET massage seat, STILL IN THE BOX, TAGS ON, IN IT'S PACKAGING, NEVER USED, without a receipt, less than a month after purchase.
With or without a receipt, the TARGET BRAND product could not be returned/exchanged.
Why? Well this was January, the following month, & TARGET no longer had any information on THEIR OWN PRODUCT FROM THEIR TARGET CHRISTMAS PRODUCT LINE because it was no longer in stock.
If TARGET made an error picking out their TARGET CHRISTMAS PRODUCT LINE, TARGET should pay for it, not the customers.
These should have been recalled and people with receipts given their money back and people without receipts an exchange.
Wish I could do my taxes this way. 'Sorry, just don't have the information IRS.'
*From the store customer service, to the supervisor, to corporate it only got worse. Unhappy corporate robot people read scripted answers over and over and over purposely trying to infuriate you.

I shop stores that stand behind products with their name on them.
Yes, I want it all. A company who treats the customer and the employee fare AND stands behind their products.

Just like other companies trying to sell their own line of products, this item was from the TARGET Product Line sporting their name and logo ONLY.
