Cingular Wireless Complaint - CINGULAR HELL
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- I agree with other reviewers that once Cingular took over PacBell Wireless the situation went from BAD to WORSE. Not only did I experience the worst customer service with PacBell, but with Cingular I got bad CS and a phone that I can never use. I am constantly repeat dialing only to get "system busy" messages or just beeps. I have to use my frineds Sprint/Cellular One/ATT Wireless phones just to get make a call. This troubles me because in the event of an emergency I will be out of luck. Every month for 4 months I have paid my bill over the phone and complained every time. Only once was I offered an explaination. I just recently got 75 free minutes over 90 days...but BIG DEAL, I'll never be able to use them. I urge all of you to contact your state Public Utilites Commission and complain. The SBC family of companies needs to pay for this horrible service.
