Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Costumer Service Nightmare
ISELIN, NEW JERSEY -- I will like to share my Best Buy nightmare with all the consumers out there, especially the part about the protection plan and the sour policy (if the product goes sour on you) I bought a Home theater system back in 04/19/09, The sales representative only pointed out the good things about the protection plan, nothing else. My wife could not believe! too good to be true, Guess what? turns out that she was right. My product went sour on me a couple of times, the first time, BB exchange the product for another one( I noticed that the one I had before was not new) The second time BB exchanged again for another one this time a different brand (LG)last Sunday 08/08/2010 I waited with my entire family wife and three children, (12,3 & 2) at the Wood bridge/NJ branch for more than two hours for them to resolve the repair status of my Home theater, their Customer services the worst ever!! I tried to call a couple of times, who ever answer the phone, no clue, no idea, no positive or negative feedback, I am not planning to ever buy from them ( to avoid any type of aggravation), about the protection plan, people do your research, carefully!! Just imagine trying to entertain three children with no home theater system, no music, no DVD.
