Wendys- Quincy, Illinois Complaint - In drive thru for over 20 minutes
QUINCY, ILLINOIS -- I requested the store manager when I finally got to the window to pay after a 20+ minute wait. The manager was rude and only escalated the situation. Instead of taking his frustrations out on the customer, the manager should have thanked me for bringing it to his attention and apologized. That is all I wanted. Instead I received a nasty "Sorry a stove's down!" Without a blink of an eye after that comment the manager turned and walked away.
Needless to say, it angered me enough to spend my time online complaining about it - and my time is not cheap! I will be taking my business elsewhere and will spread the word to all other employees that I work with- 60+ people in our building.
If a Regional Manager reads this review for the Quincy area, you may consider hiring a new store manager.
