Ashley Furniture Complaint - Don't shop at Ashley, you'll end up cursing
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- The salesperson pushed hard for the extra coverage. They missed the first delivery date all together. They were 3 hours late for the rescheduled delivery. The chair they delivered was broken. I am now waiting ten days for them to pick up the return. Plan on spending an ordinate amount of time on the phone waiting to talk to customer service, and customer service supervisors. will lie to you.
