Taco Bell Complaint - Is it a good Kitchen Crew following bad instructions, or a bad crew with no instructions?
FT. MYERS, FLORIDA -- This past Thursday August 12th 2010, my mom and I went for dinner at the Taco Bell on Daniels Parkway near I-75. It was the worst dining experience either of us had ever experienced. First of all, all three of their new promotional Argentina carnita soft tacos were barely smeared with less meat and refried beans than you could find in [snip]. Second of all, my chicken bacon ranch chalupa had less chicken than you could find in a MacDonald's MacNugget, and it had it had NO Ranch sauce. My mother never complains about restaurant service or food, but she sure did after this experience. I even came up with a new disgusting comedy routine completely at Taco Bell's expense right there, which everyone I know has been experiencing since that time. We both noticed that every single customer in the dining area had the same look if disgust that we had.
I complained to the guy at the cashier, but he replied that he wasn't a part of the kitchen crew. He offered no way to complain through the proper channels. This used to be a really good Taco Bell to eat at. But no more!It's just more fuel for disgusting jokes, as far as I'm concerned.
