I have cruised with cruise.com several times and I have had no problem with them at all the CS is very good on handling anything I need and my agent is so sweet that I have used her several times and she is the best, I am reading some of the comments in here and I am not seeing what everybody is saying, when buying anything you need to read the fine print. On the pre paid tipping I see on the web site it is for only certain room catergory that you can get that, You people out there really need to ready everything and not blame the company, but blame yourself for not reading all the information on the site. I think that The site has a lot of information and it is very detailed as well. ALso when you work with one agent you need to stay with that agent like I do and I get the best service at all time, when I call and she is busy, I leave a mess and she does call me back within 24 hours and that is good enough for me. Stop complaining and read the fine print.
