Startec Complaint - Startec: Bad service difficult to contact - Long Distance Service

I have had multiple problems accessing my account online when attempting to pay my bill. Contacting a live person takes 10+ minutes. When I attempted to cancel my account I waited 10+ minutes to get to a live person on three different occasions then when I finally reached someone they just transferred me to the Cancellation Dept and said I would have to wait another 10+ minutes on hold. I do not have 30 minutes to waste on hold. It is a way to prolong your account so they can bill you more. This is a terrible way to run a business. Stay away from Startec.

Saving money isn't going to help you if you can't get a human to assist you when you really want one.. Take the time to cancel with Startec and then find a reliable company that has humans to assist you.
