Home Depot Complaint - Poor customer service
DUBLIN, OHIO -- One of the worst experiences with retail stores. Ordered 7 boxes of bamboo flooring through the store (special order) on July 18th, they got to the store on August 13. Of course, one of the boxes was not with the right product, they promised they would order it again and it will get to the store "in a couple of days". Now I find out it will get to the store probably on August 30th, which probably means around September 10th. I already paid for the floors, of course. This adds to the fact that whenever you go to the Sawmill store you can find no one to help you. I really like the products and the prices, but I go more and more to Lowes...Higher prices but better service.
