I am not very happy with your company. Ken Fosberg died 6 years ago and you have the gawl to send him an application for Capital One Platinum MasterCard application. If your company notices that there is no charges to accounts for over a year - they should be flagged to find out why. His wife is dead, and another family lives in that house.

How many other families who have lost love ones get credit card applications like I just received from the new people who live in that house. Sloppy business. TAKE HIS KEN FOSBERG NAME OFF YOUR LIST.

Posted by Anonymous on 2010-08-17: this really a big deal? Obviously, the CC companies are not aware that he is deceased. Just either send it back with a note on the envelope saing deceased, or just throw the application in the trash.

Are you Craig McPhee sir? If so your complaint should be directed to Capital One, not yourself.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, has knowledge of mail for a deceased family member. If a new family is is receiving mail for your deceased (6 years ago) former brother-in-law and it troubles you, just tell them to toss it in the trash or write "not at this address" and put back in the mailbox. Some businesses never seem to purge their mailing list.

My father, who has been dead for almost 25 years, still gets mailings from Miracle Ear and various insurance agents. I don't flip out over it, I just throw them out.
