Mens wearhouse Complaint - Failure to fulfill an advertised gift

Review by REALLY GETTING PISSED OFF on 2010-08-17
On July 24,2010, I was married. Prior to this occasion I was looking for a Tuxedo Rental organization when I discovered a Mens Wharehouse advertisement stating if you rent five tuxedos or more for your wedding party you are eligible to receive a free $400 suit. Unbeknown to me, the time frame for this offer was two weeks prior to to the event up to the day after the event
When I contacted Mens warehouse on August 16 2010, I was informed that I know longer was eligible. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in that I could have gone to other companies. Old George Zimmer lost a potential future customer.

I don't understand this. You were married in July but you wanted them to give you a free rental in August?

free $400 suit, doesn't say it was a free rental.

Did you get any paperwork on the promotion? Did it spell out the terms?

oh, OK. It didn't register at first that the OP wrote "suit". So the next logical question is the one momsey asked...what were the terms on the contract?
