Priceline.com Complaint - Price line hotel reservation
I paid $701.00 in advanced for a hotel in London for a family vacation, when we got to the Hotel we were informed that the room was not available and that we had to upgrade. I had to paid $840.00 more for the room for a roll up bed. BEFORE I MADE THE BOOKING I called the Priceline and spoke to customer service and was informed that that would be a simply request once I arrived to the hotel. I found out the simple request cost me $801.00 what a rip off.
