Virgin mobile USA Complaint - Virgin Mobile USA- Do not buy a phone with anything to do with virgin mobile
TIJUANA OR MANILLA -- Oh my gosh, I have never had such an experience
with a cell phone company, don't ever try to explain yourself because they don't have any offices in the "USA" they are all in the Phillipines and Mexico,(thanx for all the jobs too!)
When I first bought the phone, I purchased it at the mall- well, being as I didn't purchase it online I was offered no warranty on the phone. I could not read the text in its largest form- I promise, my 12 year olds said the print was too small! So I called and asked them to exchange the Rumour2 for a phone with larger text- I did that 3 times and got the same exact phone 3 times!! After returning them all I spoke with supervisors etc., offered to pay more and still, NO GO!!! I don't have enough time to tell you the rest of the C. S. horror stories, but I ended up giving the phone to my daughter to use for texting and I bought a new phone from Boost Mobile and a Sanyo Phone called, "The Incognito", what a difference, best phone and service I have ever had for the price. Believe me, I hate paying Virgin immobile (immoral)but I hate to see a 89.00 phone go in the garbage which is where it belongs, along with all the customer service and management of V. M.???USA???
ADVISORY+++ DO NOT BUY OR INITIATE any service or product from that company. Richard branson should be ashamed of the way his employees and himself runs that place, I wonder if I'd ever get on one of their airplanes, the pilots probably have parachutes and you well, maybe you can call for help on one of their wireless phones!!! GOOD LUCK!!
