Bobs Discount Furniture Complaint - No Customer Service-Horrible Experience
We purchased a bed from Bob's Discount Furniture. They came to deliver the bed. I had to take a day off of work because they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays. (We noticed a 1 foot hole in the box spring and a dirt stain on the mattress). They had to come back to our house to replace the mattress, which they did a week later. (took a day off of work). After a month of sleeping on the mattress it started to sag on my side (I weigh 190lbs) I called them to send me out another mattress but they had so send someone out to look at it first (took a day off of work) He looked at it and immediately said the mattress was defective. So they sent ANOTHER Mattress (Another day off of work). When they delivered the mattress I noticed a yellow stain on the mattress. I told the driver to get it out of my house and give me a refund. He said that they don't have room in the truck and they would have to come out and pick it up. They came out today (another day off work) and took everything. I was offered no compensation for my time and frustration. (Believe me I asked) They give you those emotionless apologies that don't mean anything.
Forget trying to call them, You are on hold for ever! Worst company ever. They are like a slimy used car salesman. They yes you to death in the store and after you buy their product they want nothing to do with you .
This company is garbage. It is true. You get what you pay for. I would rather spend the extra money then deal with them
