Wal-Mart Complaint - Walmart does not rectify error or help customer
FLORIDA -- Ordered on line on Aug 14, 2010 from Walmart.com mission style coffee table on Aug 18 FedEx delivered wrong item box contained Dell child's table and stools. No return receipt came with packaging. I have called customer service, I have sent 3 e-mails, I used Walmart link for returns and filled out info and sent it. A prompt said they received e-mail and they would get back to me they have not. Where do I return the merchandise, it is heavy and I have no car to return it to a store. There is no Walmart near me. My problem is to return wrong item and get my refund. Walmart does not inform by phone or e-mail I will never never again purchase from Walmart. I am very upset I want my money back $79.99 and I do not want the child table and stools. Their lack of acknowledgement & service causes stress and frustration.
