Priceline.com Complaint - Priceline.com Has The Worst Customer Service Ever And The Insurance Is A Rip Off
NORWALK, CONNECTICUT -- I used Priceline.com to book a trip for me and my significant other and purchased the insurance thinking I’d be more flexible in the event that we were unable to go because of our demanding jobs, mind you the customer service representative that helped us stated if I needed to cancel I wouldn’t have a problem doing so. Well I had to cancel my trip and the Priceline representative (including manager) stated there was nothing they could do for me and on top of that being that I’m staying at a hotel that wasn’t within “Priceline refundable terms” I wouldn’t be able to get my money back. Mind you I’m trying to cancel or rebook my travel well before my travel date (a month ahead of time to be exact). Their customer service reps weren’t even able to answer my simple questions I asked regarding a refund and the manager was rude and didn’t care. With all the other options out there people can use to book trips you’d think they be a little nicer but I guess that’s too much to ask. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
