Ashley Furniture Complaint - Broken Sofa - Reclining sofa
BURLINGTON, WASHINGTON -- We will never ever buy from Ashley nor will we recommend them to anyone. We ordered our sofa from the showroom and set up delivery for a week later. On the evening before delivery date we received a call to expect delivery between 8 and 11am the next morning. We sold our old furniture and the next morning we waited for delivery. At 11:20Am we were still waiting for delivery. We then called and were told that our sofa had been damaged during loading and would not be delivered until 10 days later. After much discussion we finally got them to refund the delivery charge for the inconvenience, although we were still stuck for 10 days without furniture. 10 days later we received delivery of the sofa and discovered that it was broken and would not recline. They took it back to the warehouse and "apologized" to us! We are still trying to get our credit card refunded so we can have furniture in our livingroom again!! WHAT A JOKE THESE PEOPLE ARE.
