Ashley Furniture Complaint - Ashley Furniture Delivery Service - Poor Service
PEARLAND, TEXAS -- The shopping experience in the store was great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But after the sale it all went downhill from there. The delivery was incomplete and scheduled repeat deliveries. The quality of the sofa was substandard and waited again for an exchange. The new replacement sofa had the exact problem as the original. We called back to arrange for a refund to return all of the items. Of course by the time we got the replacement sofa it was on the 14th day. We called to request a refund 'just in time'. Now I've been waiting for another week for them to come pick up the furniture. We were scheduled for yesterday and took the afternoon off to wait on the driver. The driver never showed up. Now we are waiting again for the driver, we were told they would be here at 5 pm. Again, I left work early to make it through rush hour traffic in Houston to meet them at 5. It is now 6:34pm and they have not showed up and no one has called. I called customer service and waited 30 minutes to actually speak to someone. They tried to call the drivers cell phone and can't reach him. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold because I refused to let them call me back. Well they still can't reach the driver and it's Friday night and I'm still waiting on Ashley Furniture. They need to compensate me for all my lost time at work and the stress I've been through. Do not shop Ashley Furniture.
