Cricket broadband Complaint - No service would be better than this

DALLAS, TEXAS -- Since ordering the Cricket Modem, which took a month to arrive, I have been plagued with problems with the billing. You set it up when you purchase the modem as a condition of the purchase. Or so they say. However, they have not sent any charges to the card but continually disconnet my service for non-payment. Last payment was due 8/11 and I had set up automatic payment yet again. That did not go through and they disconnected me. BUT better than that, you can talk to someone if you are buying, but if you have a problem there is no one to talk to. Very sad. And once they have disconnected you there is a fee to reconnect. This is not acceptable for a business.

From the sound of it you may want to discontinue automatic payment (quickly) and cancel your service.
