Logitech Anywhere 2 Pure-Fi Speakers - Complaint
I bought from them several years ago without issue. this time however and upon looking in to the company. they need to be shut down. their return policy is illegal. I have disputed with PayPal the charge. I have tried to return the product as is did not work out of the box. I have called and called and called, I have been lied to, treated rudely, and frankly its the worst of any store, online or other I have ever experienced. they won't return calls, they won't give my money back, they won't honor what they sold me. I am at a loss. its crazy....i have never been treated like this. please please do not buy from them.

What, specifically, is illegal about their return policy? As for receiving a refund, what part of "All sales are final" confuses you?

This is the return policy...seems straight forward to me!!
All Sales are final.
Product purchased at eCOST is backed by the product's manufacturer's warranty first and foremost. Product that is deemed defective by either the manufacturer or eCOST will be eligible for repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Software and consumables such as DVD blank media, ink, toner, staples, pens, etc. will not be taken back for any reason. eCOST will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturers policies.

I could not agree more. This was a worst shopping experience I have ever had. I will never shop at eCost period.
